When you join the waitlist we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, location, social media handles, niche or industry tags, and an optional profile photo or brand logo. Brands additionally provide owner name and owner email.

We use your information to reserve your early-access spot, notify you when Inflexers launches, match creators and brands during onboarding, and improve the product. We never sell your data to third parties.

Waitlist data is stored securely with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) in encrypted databases. Profile images are stored in access-controlled storage buckets. Access is limited to the Inflexers founding team.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely at any time by emailing privacy@inflexers.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

By joining the waitlist you agree to receive launch-related emails from Inflexers. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. We won't spam you — expect only meaningful updates.

Our landing pages use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising trackers or sell behavioral data.

Waitlist position does not guarantee access timing. Early access is granted in waves. Inflexers may verify social handles before granting creator status. Fake or misleading profile information may result in removal from the waitlist.

If we materially change this policy we will email registered waitlist members before the change takes effect.
